About me
I’m Laura, a mummy of 4 from St Albans. I have a background of working in mental health, which I have been specialising in for the last 16 years.
In 2017 I started a nutritional programme, after having baby number 4. I was suffering with low moods and weight gain. The programme helped with my mental health and helped me lose my baby weight.
It also started a passion in me, to learn more about nutrition and how foods affect your body, mind and general wellbeing.
In 2020 after a year of studying I qualified as a level 3 personal trainer. I worked in lockdown with clients both online and on a one-to-one basis in parks and gardens.
In 2021 my private studio was built and in 2022 I was able to step away from my NHS job working in mental health to become a full time personal trainer.
As well as fitness and nutrition I enjoy spending time with my children and partner, socialising with friends, cooking and I am a bit of a personal development junkie :)
I am super passionate about helping people be comfortable in their own skin, become fitter and healthier and gain confidence to rise up and be the best version of themselves.
