Bootcamps are a fun way to workout. They allow people of all levels to train with and be encouraged by like minded people.

People of all abilities come to bootcamp and different options of exercises are given to make the sessions easier or harder dependant on the persons needs.
It is a cost effective way to exercise a couple of times a week.
My bootcamp sessions are full body workouts, designed to train (nearly) all muscle groups.
Everything is covered: your core, back muscles, pectoral muscles, leg muscles and arm muscles. It's not just about strength training, it's also about cardio.
The sessions are fun and varied and a great way to keep motivated with your training, in a friendly and inclusive way.

Rise Up Baby is a buggy fit weekly group session in Greenwood Park in St.Albans.
The bootcamp style training sessions are varied and fun and suitable for all levels of fitness and most importantly, are packed full of fun and energy. Not only are they a great way to get fit, they are also a great way to meet other mothers that are going through the same parenting journey.
The session is aimed for mums with babies in buggies. (Must have 12 week check go ahead to exercise). In addition to the training, we also go for coffee in the outdoor cafe.
